Clinic Policies

Appointments & Cancellations

To provide the best care for all patients, we require:

48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule most appointments.
5 Days notice for Plexr Plus Plasma soft-Surgery and CO₂ Resurfacing treatments.

Appointments cancelled outside the required notice period, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit, prepaid treatment, or a cancellation fee of up to the full treatment cost, depending on the treatment and preparation required.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule.

Deposits

Some treatments require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are transferable to a new appointment when cancellation is made within the required notice period. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Prepaid Treatment Packages

Prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages of fewer than 6 treatments expire after 12 months.
Packages of 8 or more treatments expire after 18 months.
In certain medical or exceptional circumstances, package suspensions may be approved at the clinic's discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

Plexr Plus Plasma & CO₂ Resurfacing

Due to the advanced nature of these procedures:

Full payment is required at least 5 business days before your appointment.
A minimum of 5 days notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Product Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be provided where required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

Treatment Results

Every patient is unique. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information and following all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
