Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders of $350.00 or more (before taxes).

Due to the increased cost of shipping, a flat-rate shipping fee of $18.00 applies to all Canadian orders under $350.00 (before taxes).

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are typically processed within 1 business day.

• Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

• During periods of high order volume or carrier delays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

Temporary Shipping Notice

Due to increased shipping demand or temporary carrier service interruptions, some orders may experience slight delivery delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Most orders continue to arrive within 3–5 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated availability date (ETA).

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, a shipping claim may be initiated 4 weeks after the shipment date through Canada Post. Once the claim has been approved, we will arrange either:

• A replacement shipment at no additional shipping cost, or

• Store credit for the value of the order.

Returns

All product sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, MD Laser Clinic does not accept returns or offer refunds on products, including skincare, cosmetics, supplements, and other retail items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
